On our visit to this property, we were welcomed by Elijah, the caretaker—a genuinely kind and warm soul. His character was evident from the way he interacted with the children playing around the compound, smiling as he took us through the 2-bedroom master en-suite apartment we had come to view.

First Impressions & Security

Before meeting Elijah, we were first received at the gate by a cheerful and professional security guard, who took time to understand our visit and promptly directed us to the caretaker. After a quick call, Elijah asked us to meet him on the 6th floor.

We chose to take the stairs—getting in a bit of exercise—despite a modern elevator being available right next to us. The elevator operates using a key-card system, a thoughtful security feature, especially important in a residential building with children.

Inside the House

The moment we stepped inside, it became clear why vacancies here are rare. Even while empty, the house immediately felt like home.
